Pricing policy – international level
For NON-EU countries, the Portuguese VAT rate of 23% is automatically deducted in the shopping cart when adding the shipping address. Therefore, please bear in mind that upon receiving the order you will pay taxes corresponding to the destination country.
All orders completed and paid for by 2pm on each business day are shipped on the same day with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 hours.
In the event of a stock shortage in our Lisbon warehouse, the item may be sent from one of our partner stores -Sapataria do Carmo- which may take 1/2 days longer than the usual time.
During festive periods, promotional campaigns and/or holidays, deadlines may be extended and/or subject to change.

All other destinations you will not have to pay any additional taxes or customs fees upon delivery of your order.
Exchanges and Returns
You may return your item within 15 days of purchase. The item must be returned unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it. It must be accompanied by the cloth bag, original box and uncut tags.
To continue this process, the customer must send an email to geral@isaga.pt with the order number and send the item to our facilities, at their own expense - we recommend registered mail to avoid loss and/or misplacement. You can also do this directly at the Sapataria do Carmo stores. As soon as the item reaches us, the customer will be notified and a new item will be sent free of charge.
We cannot accept exchanges and/or offer refunds on items deemed damaged - used, dented or incomplete.
Once the item arrives at our facilities, we will process the refund and it will be returned within 8 business days. The refunded amount does not include any shipping costs.
Payment Methods
At Isaga, payment will be made through REDUNIQ - a secure electronic payment platform validated by the Portuguese financial authorities.
