Our main focus is to fully satisfy and meet the expectations of each Isaga customer. We are committed to offering a high quality product and service, always with attention to detail.

In this sense, if your experience has not met your expectations, you can exchange your item within 15 days of purchase. The item must be returned unused, in exactly the same condition as when you received it. It must be accompanied by the brand's cloth bag, original box and uncut labels.

To continue this process, the customer must send an email to geral@isaga.pt with the order number and send the item to our facilities, at their own expense - we recommend registered mail to avoid loss and/or misplacement. You can also do this directly at the Sapataria do Carmo stores. As soon as the item reaches us, the customer will be notified and the new item will be sent free of charge.

We cannot accept exchanges and/or offer refunds on items deemed damaged - used, dented or incomplete.

In this sense, if your experience has not met your expectations, you may return your item within 15 days of purchase. The item must be returned unused, in exactly the same condition as when you received it. It must be accompanied by the cloth bag, original box and uncut labels.

To proceed with this process, the customer must send an email to geral@isaga.pt with the order number and send the item to our facilities, at their own expense - we recommend registered mail to avoid loss and/or misplacement. You can also do this directly at Sapataria do Carmo stores. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund, which will be returned within 8 working days. The amount returned does not include any shipping costs.
